Amok restaurant has delighted locals with crowd favourites including the freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters with, mango boba, famed black Kampot pepper and truffle oil, or the street style grilled corn with truffle oil. Our BBQ pork bun baos with pickle daikon, alternating with the crispy soft shell crab in a brioche roll can't be missed either. If you're wanting to try something unique, how about our chef's signature crispy king prawn with chocolate bacon in a brioche roll?
As for something more substantial, the twice cooked beef ribs, or the signature Tasmanian salmon fish amok hits the spot.
Prefer to be more sociable? We have sharing dishes that helps the conversations flowing with the market fresh calamari salad, cured salmon on betel leaves, crispy Cambodian fried chicken ribs and tender Wagyu beef salad.
For our vegetarians and vegans, you also can enjoy the amok dining experience with our crispy eggplant chips, the zucchini flowers, seasonal vegetable kari in coconut juice or our popular crispy vermicelli, char-grilled tofu with our red kari kroeung sauce.
Otherwise, try our popular chef's sharing menu and indulge in a selection eight courses (min. 2 persons) for $58 per person.
